My new song choice has indeed had implications on my coursework so far, however the essential genre and artist remains the same. A few tweaks in the necessary places will (and are) being made.
The song can be found here:
My reasons for changing the song are that the original song (being electronic in nature) did not provide ample variation of pace nor any instrumentation. With the new song, recording a band setting and performance elements to the production will be far easier and more impactful than before. With more of a rock track in place, the connection with my core target audience of men aged 16-25 will be far more significant.
You've ended up with a template where the basic settings still aren't right - 1 column on the right for example (and I'd guess you've not set comments to moderate/email alert?) - see http://musividz.blogspot.com/2012/06/creating-2012-13-blogs.html
ReplyDeleteAlways embed something like this. Odd choice not to even name the track!!! You've also not made clear WHY you've changed it.
You need to discuss lyrics, and issues these cause: http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/nineinchnails/sunspots.html
Indeed: comment settings need changing!
Deletestill a very short explanation/justification. if not here, then in a separate post you need to scrutinise the track, post a timed lyric sheet, etc
